What sounds do molecules make? Find out with Indiana University Chemistry and Music Major, Walker Smith. Walker has led research to figure out the answer, and he will present his work in a 45-minute show complete with lasers, fire, music, immersive surround sound, and a few other surprises. Previously performed at WonderLab Museum of Science and featured in the Herald Times, this show is now coming to Science Fest 2022! Join us in the Chemistry Building on October 22nd to hear what happens at a molecular level. These shows are for scientists of all ages, parents, teachers, and kids. The show is free and open to the public.

The Sound of Molecules is made possible by funding support from the Jacobs School of Music, the Center for Rural Engagement, the Johnson Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation, and the Hutton Honors College.
