Welcome Tables

Need help navigating Science Fest? Looking for comets? Or skulls? Want to pick up a paper map of Science Fest? You can find our Welcome Tables just inside most of the Science Fest buildings: Biology Building, Chemistry Building, the Kirkwood Observatory, Student Building, and Swain Hall West. Also look for outdoor Information Tents.

See the Science Fest map on the Map page for locations.

Register Your Group

There is no charge to attend Science Fest, but it would help us with planning if you let us know ahead of time if you are bringing a group to Science Fest. Please register with us ahead of time by clicking on the button below and filling out the registration form.

A group is defined as 10 or more, both adults and minors. For elementary and middle school-aged groups, we recommend that you have one adult for every 5 or 6 students.

Remember your rocket fuel!

It’s always a good idea to bring snacks and water bottles (water filling stations are available in most buildings) to Science Fest so you don’t have to interrupt your fun to look for food. But if you’re still hungry, we have options! Plus, find lots of Bloomington dining options right through Sample Gates and across Indiana Ave.
